Hi everyone, my name is Harry, I was found roaming the bog with my sister Bonnie. We were both very lucky that we were found and brought to Sera Husky & Animal Rescue. We were very hungry, but we soon had full bellies and were happy again. I love my walks and really enjoy playing with my pen mates. That being said I’d love a human to call my own, to give me all the love and snuggles I deserve and desperately want. Please take a chance on me, I will make the best friend you’ve ever had. I will repay you for your kindness for the rest of my life with my love and loyalty for you.
Harry has a lovely and kind natured temperament. He’s a very gentle and sociable young man. Brilliant with other dogs. Harry loves you already — and you’ve only just met through a picture.

Hi everyone, my name is Max. I am a Covid 19 puppy and unfortunately when my previous family went back to work after the lockdowns, they no longer had any time left for me. I was very sad as I thought they loved me as much as I loved them. One day I was taken from my home and arrived at the vets, then I heard them say to the vet they didn’t want me anymore and to put me to sleep. I was so frightened as I didn’t want to go to sleep, I still have so much life to live! Thankfully the people at Sera Husky & Animal Rescue saved me. I am now enjoying life and have the best time playing with my pen mates. I am a very sociable young champ and would suit an active household. I really enjoy my walks. If you could find it in your heart to give me my forever home, I would be eternally grateful and be the best boy for you.
Max is a very sociable one year old and would be a wonderful addition to any household. He gets on very well with other dogs. As he is a young, he requires some training but he’s very smart and learns fast. He is such a sweet boy.
Love Max xx

Back in Petmania Tralee on February 15th with some beautiful animals all looking to be someones loyal companion, that you may fall in love with. Drop in and say hello, you never know who might be waiting to meet you.
We’re nearly six years old now and so far this year its been busier that ive ever know it,so many neglect cases have been called in its been difficult to keep up,some very difficult cases of dogs been abandoned in property’s where the owners have moved out and left the animals behind, many are undergoing Garda investigation so we cant talk too much about it but regardless we have to move on and get these animals fit and ready for new homes,
We have taken in a large number of old dogs, dogs ranging from 10 to 16 years old and of course old dogs come with numerous issues, massive tumors/nails growing into pads/ruptured eardrums due to untreated infections and a number of animals with kidney disease, personally I’d find it very hard to surrender my old buddy of 15 years but it has been done, some have been surrendered due to people’s ill health and we do what we can in these situations but regardless old dogs are a drain on our (more…)
